MK Smart’s leaders appreciate training and developing human resources. So, every year we organize many courses for departments and different areas under the form of extensive training.
Courses on team working skills such as: orientation training, working processes according to ISO standards, skill of planning and reporting, time management skill, communication skill, customer services… are regularly organized throughout the operation areas. In addition, depending on the specific requirements of each department, the Human Resource Department will design specific classes, and some staff were sent aboard for training.
Together with training knowledge, the company frequently offers new opportunities and challenges for staff to be able to try their best.
